+ Cipher is not responsible for missing packages that were not sent “signature required”.

Local Pick Up
Please contact us or your dealer first to setup an appointment as well as to check stock. We do not allow local pickup without a prior appointment. Depending on what item you are interested in, it may take up to 72 hours before you can pick up your item. Most items will be available the same or next day.
+ We highly recommend that all buyers inspect all items upon receipt. Please contact us within 72 hours with clear photographic proof of defect, damage and wrong item sent in order to obtain a return authorization number.
+ Your product can be shipped to you from your dealer, or directly from CIPHER. We examine and double-pack every item before shipping. However, due to the sizes of most items, handling can be awkward, and sometimes trucking staff do not handle them carefully. We must count on the consignee to examine the product’s condition upon receipt. If you notated all damages on the delivery receipt (which you should), then you can file a claim with the freight company. You can also contact your dealer to obtain supporting documents from us, if required by the trucking company.
+ Please make sure to get any information from us or your dealer in regard of any fitment related with your vehicle before purchasing any seats or custom brackets.
+ There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, assembled or installed.
+ There is no return or cancellation on “ALL CUSTOM BRACKETS” order that is already made or shipped. (Exchange only for any fitment issues).
+ We will issue return authorization number and return shipping label within 72 hours of receiving clear photographic proof of item defect, damage & wrong item sent.
+ If an item is returned without a valid, company issued return authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package, the return will be rejected and all return shipping costs become the responsibility of the buyer or dealer.
+ Please allow up to 72 hours from the time we receive a returned item to inspect it for defect or damage, after which point we will issue the buyer/dealer a refund or exchange the product.
+ All exchanges sent will be the same model as originally purchased. If the buyer wishes to upgrade, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the difference and pay all the shipping cost.
+ Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
+ We will not cover the shipping cost for any exchange or return request in regards of improper installation, item already assembled, installed or used.
+ Buyers who wish to return or exchange a damaged or defective item after 72 hours of receiving the shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which the buyer must pay the difference before obtaining a return authorization number.
+ All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped.
All other returns/exchanges
+ Buyers who wish to return or exchange a non-damaged/non-defective item are not eligible for shipping and handling refunds. Such returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
